Kathy Wallis Art by the Sea was started around 2004, when Kathy began marketing her artwork and paintings. She loves to paint seascapes, especially scenes of the Gulf Coastal area, landscapes, children, and interesting people and places. Most of her paintings are done in watercolors, but other mediums are also used.
